Rewards Program Rules
PlayNexa lets you take part in activities and, where the rules below allow it, receive rewards. The operator is named in the Imprint. Contact: contact@playnexa.eu.
1. The three things in the app
- Activity Progress shows how much you took part in during your current 6-hour cycle (games, quizzes, lessons, watching, missions). It has no money value and is not a promise of any payment. It starts again from 0% when your cycle ends.
- Partner rewards are paid by survey and offer partners when you complete a task with them.
- Activity Bonus is a variable bonus that PlayNexa may grant, as described in section 4.
2. Activity Progress
Progress comes only from activities that our servers have verified. Watching, closing or clicking an ad never adds to it, and an ad that does not load never takes anything away.
3. Partner rewards
- The partner shows the amount before you start. We credit it to your Wallet after the partner confirms the task.
- Until then the amount is shown as Pending. A survey reward is held for 3 days (72 hours) after you finish it, and then it becomes available. Other rewards that may exist are held for up to 12 hours.
- A partner can cancel a reward later (for example for false answers or a chargeback). Then we remove it from your Wallet, and the history shows it as reversed.
- Surveys sometimes end without a reward (a screen-out). That is the partner’s decision, not ours.
4. Activity Bonus
- It is a gift, not a wage. We decide whether to grant it, when, and how much.
- The amount depends on your verified activity, on whether you are eligible, and on the budget that PlayNexa has available. It can differ between countries and between periods, and it can be zero.
- It appears in your Wallet as “PlayNexa Activity Bonus” once it is confirmed.
- We may change, pause or end the Activity Bonus at any time. A bonus already confirmed stays yours.
5. Ads
We show ads to pay for the app. You never get a reward for watching or clicking an ad. A rewarded video is always your choice. It gives in-app help, such as the correct answer of a hint. Clicking ads on purpose, or asking others to, breaks these rules.
6. Wallet
The Wallet shows your available balance, your pending balance, your reward history and your withdrawals. Amounts are in US dollars.
7. Withdrawals
- You can ask for a withdrawal when your available balance reaches the minimum shown in the Wallet (now $0.60). We pay by PayPal.
- You may use one payout account, and a payout account cannot be used by another person’s account.
- We check requests by hand in batches. We process a withdrawal request within 1 business day. If we need to check it, we tell you and it can take longer. There is no fee for a withdrawal. We may add a small fee in the future; we will tell you in the app before it applies.
- We can refuse or cancel a withdrawal if we suspect a breach of these rules. We then tell you why if the law allows it.
8. Fair play
To receive cash rewards you must be 18 or older and follow these rules:
- One account per person, and one account per phone can receive cash rewards. Other accounts on the same phone can play but are not paid unless we approve it.
- No bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs or proxies that hide your country, rooted or tampered devices, or shared accounts.
- Answer surveys honestly and complete tasks yourself.
- Do not buy, sell or trade accounts or rewards.
If we find a breach we can remove the rewards that came from it, suspend or close the account, and keep the balance that came from the breach. Mistakes happen: you can write to contact@playnexa.eu and we will look again.
9. Taxes
Rewards can be taxable income in your country. You are responsible for your own taxes.
10. Changes
We may change these rules, for example when a partner or a law changes. We tell you in the app before a change that affects you. Pending rewards follow the rules that applied when you earned them.
